I ordered a bouquet of flowers on the 24th February for my Mum's birthday the next day, I recieved a text telling me the flowers had been delivered which was by 10:30 in the morning on her birthday beautiful flowers and excellent delivery. Would definitely use again

Ordered flowers for wife, on opening them was very disappointed with their condition, most of the leaves had wilted and lay in the box, also the roses looked as though they had been found in a crematorium's rubbish bin.
No food packet was supplied, would have been better getting a five pound bunch from a supermarket. Also again no free chocolates, which would have made up somewhat for the poor show. Shame this review for this experience wasn't like the last time which was great.

What happened was:_ I receive an E-MAIL on the day of delivery "how do I like the bouquet"
but the flowers arrive 24 hours too late
Ordered these for my partners 40th birthday. They arrived promptly but I was very disappointed the flowers were not at all worth the money. Expected alot more for the £28 I paid. Order the large bunch as it was a special occasion and in my opinion this is a standard size bunch I could get for £5 in any supermarket. Upset with what I received.
I bought the roses and lily's for my partner for valentines with the free chocolate, they are still going strong these are absolutely beutiful, I have re ordered the same flowers for mu mum for mother's day well worth the money

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
