I ordered flowers for a same day delivery and was assured numerous times that the delivery would take place having paid extra for this and with is being the most important factor I was stunned to realise they didn't arrive until Sunday!
Having tried to get through their Customer Service via email I was met with responses which didn't bother to read what I had detailed and was brushed aside.
Finally I was offered £2, YES £2.00 as an apology!

Searching foe sunflower bouquets and came across this site on google, beautiful set delivered fast and in great condition very happy girlfriend especially with a free box of chocs, put me in the good books this weekend
Ordered on Friday - delivered to recipient on Saturday and was informed that they were beautiful. Very pleased
Very disappointed. The picture of the Fire bouquet looked very colourful with bright colours. What I received was a bunch of flowers in pastel pinks and some purple flowers. The flowers did not arrive in buds as stated. Most are already in full bloom and petals of some roses and tulips fell off before they reach the vase. I received a lot less stems than shown in the picture. I will not return to eFlorist for more flowers.

Delivery and ease of ordering was very very good but I'm not so sure the comparison of the flowers delivered is as good as the advertised flowers? I went for the largest and most expensive! (Spring Hedgerow) I do realise some are in bud but there definitely seems less of the pink ones. Make your own minds up from the pics below.
Unable to deliver same day when paying premium for delivery. Alternative offered which could take up to 5 days after the original date... requested refund... response we can try... poor service... would not use again
I brought the flowers for a birthday gift I went for the large option. I'm really disappointed and embarrassed as there wasn't much to look at when the box was opened. I will never order/recommend to anyone to use your service again.

Brilliant service. I now only use eflorist & M&S for having flowers delivered as I can trust both companies to deliver on their promises and produce a great quality arrangement at at good price, on time, well packed and best of all high quality flowers that last ages.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
