Purchased an original oem new DIC ignition coil pack and eeuroparts had it at the best price. Fixed the issue of the car running rough and cutting off while driving and misfire ses light flashing.

You promptly shipped a difficult to find part. Some time ago I tried to get the same part from another online seller and they sent the wrong part and said I should try it anyway. Thank you for being honest and fast!
I ordered a flywheel and clutch kit for my Mini Cooper. Parts showed up in a timely fashion. The flywheel and clutch kit where in separate boxes but shipped in the the same box. Flywheel was in good shape but clutch kit box was damaged. This had to have been packed this way as the shipping box was in perfect condition as well as the Flywheel box. Opened the clutch kit and the clutch kit and parts where rusted because the compromised plastic in the box. I contacted customer service and they gave me 2 options. Buy the part again and get reimbursed or send the original part back and after inspection have a new part sent. Although I don't generally have an issue with either of these options I'm disappointed in this company because I asked in a subsequent email if they could send the part priority mail as I intended to install the part on a certain day and needed it asap. They didn't respond to my question and just asked me what option I wanted. This tells me they didn't actually read the email. I will not order from this company again because someone in there warehouse chose to pack a damaged box and possible damaged part and send it to me. This in and of itself dosent bother me but I would have expected the company to send me another part asap once I sent them pictures of the rusted parts. That coupled with lack of responding to my questions is why I will not be purchasing from this company again

Order placed on 5/3. Shipping label created 5/5, USPS received item 5/7, so it took 4 days from order placed to in shipper's hand. Once USPS had item it took them 5 days to get it to me. It would be useful if you could tighten up the time from "Order placed" to "Shipper received item", which reminded me why I hadn't ordered from you in such a long time

... needed to speak to a customer service representative for assistance with my order - surprise, there is no longer one. Wanted my order to be sent overnight - another surprise, they have no option for over night shipping. The voice response tool (aka VRU) that this company elected to use has been defined poorly, and lacks customer needs. Is this company really a business?

Driver side window glass won't stay up. I suspected the problem was just the plastic rollers in the channel on the glass, but I also ordered the window regulator just in case. Didn't want to take the door apart and end up waiting on parts. The parts arrived faster than I expected. Once apart, it was as expected; the regulator worked fine and I just needed to pull the window out and replace the rollers. The rollers are cheap, so order extra. I damaged two and was glad that I ordered four. The new window regulator is on the shelf in my garage with my collection of "just-in-case" Saab parts. EEuroparts has been my go-to for Saab parts, and I haven't been disappointed yet. The only difficulty has been finding a mechanic that will install customer-supplied parts for those times that I don't have the time or inclination to do it myself.

Bosch ignition coils for 2016 GL 450. Your website said they would fit and your chat said they would fit and sent me the link I ordered took the vehicle into my mechanic. They were actually for the V8 2014 and below GL 450. I had to send them back and re-order from you. This was a big expense for me and your chat said they would not even pay a $10 shipping for the new order. Now I have nothing to drive for the next week. I'm not happy.
Previously purchased URO cap started leaking due to deteriorated plastic. Poor quality. I hope this new one, different brand has a better quality.
