I don't know if it was my lucky day or it is because Edreams is real cheaper. I went to Wizz website to book a ticket and get 60 EUR. Out of nowhere I tried Edreams and got 42 EUR for the same route and date. I paid via paypal and it succeeded. Without need to wait, I ordered another ticket for returning and again it was cheaper than the Airlines it self. This is truly amazing. I will book my tickets next time via Edreams for sure.

The service was so good and helpful, I got a very good discount, the help was very quick, detail of the flight was very good, my flight details were great, excellent information for the flight
Having signed up to Prime to get a discount on my booking I thought I might be able to have an automated check in using my Prime membership and take advantage of having my boarding passes sent to me. But it didn't work and I got an email to say the auto check in didn't work and I had to do manual check in after all

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
