Comparing the price of eDreams and easyJet, I payed 8.- chf more for the same flight and service on eDreams.
My suggestion… compare before you book!

NEVER EVER USE EDREAMS!
I have booked a roundtrip flight ticket for my study abroad program in Japan. It was supposed to be from Miami to LA, to Japan and on return, it was the opposite. Later that day, once it was time for my flight, I went to the airport and they told me there is no seats booked under my name, however, I had seats for the return flights. But when I checked my bank account, the money for both ways has been taken out of my bank account, even though I did not have a flight. Therefore, I paid for a flight that I did not even have seats booked for. I only had return tickets, it is hilarious, how am I going to go back to Miami from Japan if they did not book seats for me with the money they charged me and I cannot even go to Japan? They are horrible.
Later on, I emailed them since they never answer their phones. They told me to contact the airway (ZIPAIR) because they cannot do anything. I emailed the airway and they told me since I paid the money to EDREAMS and booked my flight through there, I need to solve this problem with them. Once I emailed EDREAMS again, they never replied back to my email. I emailed them for months trying to contact them, but nothing.
I lost over $2,000 because of them, I will never use this website and comment on how horrible they are everywhere.
I wish I had used Expedia or Skyscanner. Horrible experience with EDREAMS.
I had booked a plane ticket and called customer service and right out of the gate they wanted $ 110 from me. Thank Goodness I was 3 Weeks before my flight and I could tell them they were never going to get extra $ money from me. Called my credit company told them I got scammed and booked another flight. I really believe that they slam you the night before your flight and you have no choice but to pay. Please be aware of this company and Do Not Book Through Them.
I tried to book a flight last Sunday morning very urgent and I was very pleased when I find one with you that left the same day. I book it and pay it and then i get the message that my booking is cancelled because there was not enough availability on the flight but I could book 5 min later on the same flight for €100 more and then there was enough availability … very strange. Also the money from the first booking was already from my account. I got the money back after 2 days but it was still a bad experience and I think I will never book again with you guys!

I cannot properly access this as I'm still awaiting itinerary for my return vis West jet.
EDreams is a SCAM! Do not book with them please! I booked two flights with them and they cancelled both flights, not even refunding me for one of them. The last flight was cancelled without me knowing, and by the time we got to the airport it was too late and we had to spend another $900 booking new flights that we were almost not even going to make, causing us to almost miss a portion of our vacation. AND eDreams refused to refund us on top of this. They ended up refunding us a fourth of the ticket price and refused to refund the whole ticket, saying that this was all that the airlines returned to them. This has been the WORST booking experience of my life, DONT BOOK WITH EDREAMS.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
