I'm stuck with my wrong date while in Panama. I Cannot get anyone to help me make the change. Your On line service doesn't work for me. Your phones are not working.
Absolute scam artists. They said they booked me a ticket and never did. I was left at the train station with my girlfriend like a complete idiot. Literally stole my money and never gave me a ticket. Can't get ahold of them either.
The overall experience was great but I was surprised I had to pay for a standard seats as well

When I got to the airport I got charged for some one to read a paper for me as I'm almost blind. The person in the window charged me $37.00 and they couldn't explain to me why. I would not be traveling by this airport again.

It's ok, the price is not much Cheaper then kayak - my biggest issue is they I can't choose my seats - is there a way to go it?
