On 20 May 2020, Customer Care eDreams sent us an email. Jarred was the writer, Telling us you are still awaiting our refund authorization from Air New Zealand for the 2 tickets we booked for flights from Kerikeri to Timaru and return. The day the flight was to take place NZ went into total level 4 lockdown due to covid-19. After days of numerous phone calls and hours and hours of on hold on the phone they finally said they would refund our fares. I have phoned Air NZ numerous times and they said they cannot refund us as 'eDreams' are the booking agent and hold the money.

WHEN ARE WE GOING TO BE REFUNDED. THIS HAS NOT HAPPEND YET AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 YEARS. This is absolute theft and lies. People out there be warned, NEVER use eDreams. I would have put minus 50 stars but there wasn't the ability.
