For the past two years (since COVID prevented our family's July 2020 holiday from taking place) I've been struggling to get a refund, credit and/or flights re-booked. I've contacted and followed up with Edreams every two to three months only to be met with silence, dishonesty and empty promises. Just utter disappointment! I finally received an email however stating that our tickets are now cancelled, non refundable and non transferable because we were supposed to take action and rebook within a year of flights being cancelled! Are you kidding me? Check your email and phone records and you might then recall how hard I tried to rebook those tickets; I have plenty of email evidence and recorded phonecalls… I'm so heartbroken that such an organisation can think that they can lie, cheat and just excuse themselves from stealing just under $5k from us, we are just one innocent family who saved so hard to take a break from the stresses of life only to be met with greater unwarranted stress, I'm sure there are numerous families out there who are going through the same terrible ordeal. EDreams shame on you and thank you for sending me to seek medical help for the anxiety and sleepless nights!
Stay away! Don't do business with this company, it's a scam!
Customer service is horrible (my worst customer service experience so far).
They overcharged and were not able to provide a brake down receipt for their charge.
Payed for the seat selection, called airline to confirm, they said no seats were included.
Didn't get a refund for that. Also they messed up baggage selection.
Had to pay twice!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
