I bought several tickets for the same day and same flight for several friends, all using my account. Prices were erratic as the days went by, not necessarily in increasing order as the days went by. The last shown price in your web site is more than 500% more expensive than the one offered in the flight company web site.

It is extremely disappointing. I booked a flight with ref no: *******8196... till the booking is complete tes of e mails kept popping up. In the e dreams sight i had opted for baggage allowance for two ways and in actual airline ticketing is showing check in baggae only one way. The air line is telling contact your booking agent and E dreams no way to conatct,. It is ridiculoius and the time wasted is not worth the saving... not even one phone number that can be contacted

Overall, good price for the ticket. However, many options are offered and makes the experience slow. When purchasing a business class ticket I don't think that I need to pay extra for choosing a seat... but this is part of the program at the site.
In addition - I booked the ticket for my daughter, so from today the system will address me as her (couldn't find a way to register with my name as it used her first name from the booking...)
And last - I realized that eDreams don't work with Delta airlines... it is a one I need to use often...
A bit too rushed for an indecisive, slow-thinking traveller.
Edreams gave me the chance to get a flight for a decent price at a short notice

Booked and paid for flight with e-dreams. Tried to cancel the flight. E-dreams said contact airline. Airline said contact third party (e-dreams). E-dreams didn't want to know. All I wanted was an e-mail to give to my insurance company that there would be no refund. E-dreams refused to help. I will NEVER use again.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
