EDreams cheated on us not paying in refund for ticket cancelled. Highly manipulative. Do not ever ever purchase through eDreams. A real fraud. They respond saying check personal email which is a hoax again.
SELL DODGY FLIGHTS, DONT COMMUNICATE OR CARE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BLAME THE AIRLINE THEY BOOKED YOU ON SAYING IT IS THEIR FAULT A REFUND HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED.

Do yourself a favour, and don't bother booking through these. The anxiety and stress they've caused from unresolved cancelled flight changes, no/poor customer service other than a bot, no response on social, paid baggage not added to our tickets and worst of all: handing our card details over to the airline to take the same payment twice. Promised to give the money back, but never did… that was 6 months ago. Please be warned to steer clear of this company and just book direct.
I called the help desk to confirm the flight because I didn't receive confirmation email for my daughter and the person who answered the call said everything is online you can check it and hung up
Overall my user expirience was good. I had some problems with my credit card, due to the Prime discount.

During the date search itself, the price for the term that I already looked at within 10 minutes increased. It probably had more views or I chose that date more than once but it's bad that the price increased by 50%
I booked a flight with e-dreams earlier in the month... was a disaster and still not straightened out $$$
But the flight I booked on 8/31/2022 seemed to go very well!
Very easy and friendly website and booking experience - many options with dates based on my search criteria

I chose eDreams because I found that edreams offers the cheapest ticket prices compared to other agents. But it's very disappointing that when I finished making the reservation, the ticket price was charged in US dollars whereas when looking at the offer, the ticket price was in Malaysian Ringgit. The ticket price became more expensive than I expected when the fee was charged in US Dollars. I feel cheated.

Still waiting for my refund or even change of date flight but they keep of ignoring me. I have booked flight before covid and up to now i still dont have a resolution. Airlines cancelled the flight. Whenever i talk to agent, they said wait 3 days for email or call but nothing. This is since April 2020... (Now its Sep 2022). I have been very patient but this is so frustrating already. Dont book with them!
My main concerns are
01. Why edreams do not take any action after getting my RT-PCR Positive
02. I travel to cochin-india airport check-in counter based on edreams booking confirmation emails ( why edreams and airlines do not have any link in my ticket cancelled by airlines?)

I'm not happy with my first time experience here. As I mentioned to my previous comment it is the responsibility of this site to indicate how much the total payment in currency where the customer lives. So I was surprised of the deduction to my card.
I have not yet travel to decide its good or not. So let travel first then leave my comment
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
