I booked my next flights easily and everything was fast. I am satisfied. But I still only have an email saying that my booking is being processed. I still did not receive a confirmation email for the last flight I bought.

Confusing booking
October 7, 2022

Good afternoon,
I bought my ticket on 3rd September. There I selected additional 23 kg bags. But, in the ticket it is mentioned that one bag up to 23 kg. But I have a small laptop bag & a 15-20 kg bag. So, its really confusing for me. Are they allow me to carry 2 bags or should I take only one bag?
If I carry only one bag, I have to put small bag into the big one.
It is really problem.
If you can, provide me a answer of this.

Never in my life have I see such a bad Travel agency!
I booked a return flight in October 2021 for January 2022.
Airline cancelled my return flight in November 2021 and I had to cancel all my trip in December 2021 as it was no point to get a trip without a return flight.
I paid £402.96 and got a refund only £73.10 in June 2022.
I am not happy about it as according the law if flight is cancelled by airline I should have a full refund (it does not matter either a voucher or cash refund). This amount of money £73.10 is only for tickets reservation. I means that I received absolutely nothing.
I am going to aply to the Court in order to get a full refund.
Normally if you cancell your flight or airline does it the time of getting a refund is about no more than 1 month in my case it's was 9 months and the refund was rejected.
I got an email from eDreams yesterday on the 6th of September 2022 sayng that no cash refund would be issued.
No words.No comments at all.

Desperate surching for flight

E dreams gives very good prizes overall. It is not their fault that the tickets are sooo expensive now. Anyway had a problem with my prime account and called the help. They were perfect! So it was very easy to order the ticket after that

The experience is good, you can find the best price easily. But a bit complicated, I don't even know how I ended up in "prime", without realizing it, and I didn't like the automatic renewal from trial to permanent. It should be clearer.
