Wrong price

The system shows wrong (low) price, and after the all booking process when you pay, it notifies, that price "sudenley" changed and offers higher price.

Nobody answer, NO refund back as i had a trip insurance. Called Edreams customers service answered a person who talk only poetry, nothing direct with the client! I explained i want refund as i have the right to! He said to contact trip insurance company and no contact of them,? After i found out alone how to contact them nobody answered. Thank you! Very bad service only lies. I tried to cancel online before 24 hours of my flight and also the system did not let me to.

Criminal organization

This organization regularly takes money from customers and doesn't buy the ticket from the airline. Then when you call them they ask you to send more money. If you do, they keep that too. If you refuse, they hang up. Classic scam. Avoid them. They do enough business to get positive reviews but they still a big amount.
