No breakfast

After booking the hotel I realised that breakfast was not included in price. Strictly speaking for almost €150 daily and breakfast not included, I am quite disappointed.

I am lost with the information

I made the reservation of the flight seats but I have seen it has been changed without any advice. I don't know what to do to fix this problem and recover the seats which I selected from the beginning.

Horror Show

They booked the ticket for the wrong day, saying Lufthansa changed the date. Had to pay 850 Euro extra to get our original booking. Customer service only on chat with some far east person that barely speaks English. Awful! Run away and never look back
