What can l say after purchasing our ticket 6 flights l then decide to read reviews, and l became very nervous as what l was reading was very negative. After spending thousands!
Well they were wrong all our flights were 100% and on time and we did receive an actual refund for one flight that they couldn't book, so we had a very good experience. Thank you eDreams

I booked tickets with seats, eDreams taked double money for them, but on the tickets still showing, seats not selected yet.
I pre rent a car through Edreams in Mexico City for 400 dollars total, when we arrive to the rental car America they said that we had to pay 2000 for insurance other wise we cannot take the car, we couldn't accept to pay extra 5 times more what was the rent, we contacted right the way to Edreams to refund and they said that we didn't had enough in our credit cards and it is a lie we do have enough but we refuse to pay that crazy amount extra. So Edreams refuse to refund 400 dollars
I paid for the round trip ticket.
I paid an additional fee to change the return date.
When I called the airline company to confirm my return ticket and get flight details a few days before, I was told that my ticket was canceled because the money was not paid.
Edream company, on the other hand, said that I should not worry, that they would solve the problem as soon as possible and get back to me.
When they came back, they said that the tickets were canceled and that they could arrange a new flight if I wanted to pay around $2000 - $2500.
However, I had made my extra payment for both the departure and the return date, and to change the return date.
As a result, although I struggled for two days, I could not reach a conclusion with Edream.
Unfortunately I had to buy tickets again.

Once I booked it, there suddenly no baggage included. It showed differently before. Now, maybe a display error? Well, I tryed to contact them and after 3 hours in the live chat (only support available), the bot wrote back thanks for getting back to me. Nothing else. I mean not only is the service non existent, the bot is setup in the worst way possible. I had to cancel because the clock was somehow ticking and told me that I can cancel within 9 hours for free. Horrible! I was booking a flight for my parents at costs of 4'000 Euros and I somehow felt it would we would have to pay then a lot more or not have baggage for the returning flight.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
