Waiting for my refund for over 5 months. I buy refundable ticket and every call same answer, we send money on your account and after 5 minths still nothing. I made report to U. S department of transportation so waiting to answer from them. Whoever have same problem can do same like me by sending report to this guys. They are scammers nothing else, my last ever booking with edreams because you can travel and deal with them just in your dreams that is true!
I bought a round trip from Bali to Kathmandu with edreams, 5 days later the airline *malaysia airlines cancelled the flight and refused to provide an alternative in a timeframe over a month. Edreams said would raise my refund together with the airline but could take up to 6 months. Well 6 months past now and still haven't seem my $900 USD spent with this company. This was a robbery, paid my ticket in full, 5 days later they cancel the ticket, say will hold your money for 6 months but in fact they will never get it back to you. Justice must be made upon this dirty business.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
