I received my confirmation as expected. However, the following day I received a somewhat confusing email that seemed to imply it was time for me to log on to get my boarding pass -- 3 months in advance of the actual flights. This caused me to go back to be sure I'd booked the proper flights. I'd simply suggest you review your standard emails from the perspective of a first time user and be sure you're not inadvertently creating confusion for them.
At your site it was saying that I can have a personal item and a carry on bag.
As I realized afterwards I can have only my personal item when traveling.

Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, trash of a website, trash of a costumer service, stay far far away.
Too much spam when i bought the tickets. Was forced to join prime membership. Was hard to cancelled this membership. Felt freuded.
Utterly usless company who waist your time. My flights from Sydney to Singapore and Singapore to Sydney on return leg were downgraded from premium economy to economy. I've called the 4 times re a refund or re instate ticket and to no avail. Just get run around again and again. They even confirmed the ticket had been upgraded back to PE which was not true, i received the new e ticket and still economy

Bad experience because you change my flying from spirit to allégiant. 2nd I don't buy for a connection fly.
I tried sevral times to check in luggage and get the answer that it is only possible at the airport. Hopeless...
I was travelling from and to Helsinki - Stockholm by Norwegian Airlines. EDream quoted 112€ and charged by both eDream and Norwegian Airlines but after traveling eDream took agai €54,99 more from my master card. Tried to contact to eDream could not complain. They looted my money from my master card. Beaware with this site.
The prices were good, easy to book. I will certainly use this site again in the future

It was good except I was not able to pick our seats and on my receipt it doesn't show the times of our flights.
This is a terrible company to use! Avoid at all costs. They booked the wrong dates for my flight and blamed me. I know this to be the case because after I made the booking they sent me an email for a car rental for my time away they used the correct dates on that email. So somewhere in their booking process they have made a mistake and refuse to take accountability or change it. Now I have to pay the same prices of the entire flights to change it. Their customer service is useless, just a copy and paste answer even after I send the the proof.

I received my itinerary which was very details along with additional services that were available if i needed, including rental a car services, other hotel booking/reviews & discounts available.

I had a wonderful, easy time getting my experience, but then was pulled into a membership. I would do it again, but know I have to cancel the membership so as not to receive a barrage of email offers.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
