I was new at booking my own Flight on-line and a little nervous about it, but I was happy and proud of myself to do it with the instructions from your bookingbot I think that's what you call the instructor app? Anyway I have to do some tweaking but I am sure all will be well.

First of all does it make sense? To write a review? What is the benefit? I put a review, and so what? They did not return my money up to now. I bought ticket on 4 October 2021, for 2 People it costed me 28 000 Russian Rubles. E dreams did not return my money. It is crook Company. They will never return your money, these are the thieves. Professional bandits. They will write to you apologies and all sort of nonsense and yet continue stealing your money. I paid with credit card, I lost so much money for 1 year paying interest. These people do everything purposely, there are some petitions against them, they dont care. Thieves don't care, thieves do not have curtesy
This company is by far the worst of the worst if it comes to customer service. They are impossible to reach, after trying for ages I have spoken to many of their customer service agents who are definitely not situated in the UK and/or Europe.
I've started my request for a refund almost 2 months ago, a refund I had to ask for because Edreams send me an email saying 1 of my flights wasnt booked. So not a refund I wanted to be asking for.
I strongly advise everyone to find a different partner for booking flights. Worst company ever.
Convenient and clear site, good support service. It is not entirely clear that the mailing to the e-mail address associated with changes in the flight. This happens every day. Every day you need to confirm something. All the time there is a feeling that the ticket either does not exist at all, or the ticket is not booked. A very exciting situation. The trip planned is very difficult, expensive in total cost, and very desirable. Daily mailings create unnecessary stress

I booked a flight to Istanbul and got my booking confirmation after about 5 hours. Having read the reviews, most of which were unnecessarily negative, panick had gripped me but the moment my tickets were confirmed I was so excited.
EDreams is legitimate, efficient and have the best deals so far. We had no issues traveling with my wife and we encourage anyone in doubt to try them out

I am so pissed off.
I use edreams a lot, I have the Prime Account, but this time I received no confirmation email for my booking. I left a comment here and I was very quickly contacted by a member of staff, asking me to check my emails and spam (which I had already done several times).
The email was sent to me, with the correct confirmation, so the problem was resolved. I like edreams and use them a lot, this was obviously just a technical hitch (either my side or their's) that was quickly resolved. Thank you very much.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
