I made a change by error and tried calling numerous times and no one ever answered, then they kept putting me on hold and disconnecting me. They refused to credit the portion of the ticket and numerous attempts. I tried rebooking online and it would allow me to, I called and then they bait and switched claiming they tried contacting me and couldn't and charged me more as they claim the airfare went up in a matter of minutes. They kept telling me they would take care of it and never did, they would not issue me a credit for future use. I fly over 250,000 miles every year and have used many discount sites, but never has there been one like this. I would not use them unless you take out the extra insurance. They have horrible customer service and the time they take especially when it's close to departure dates are worthless.

I bought a ticket to Brussels from Edreams on 19/04/22, two days later I received an email stating that my flight is cancelled. Was supposed to travel 23/04/22. No explanation why the flight was cancelled. The email stated that I would receive my refund within 10 working days. I couldn't get another flight I missed my daughter's birthday and I have been chasing Edreams for my refund. They always we will contact you within 3 days. I have heard that so many times. The only time I received something from Edreams was to inform me that my flight has been cancelled. I haven't travel since. Am scared that the moment I give my money to an airline travel agency the same thing will happen.
Each time I follow up my valid refund for almost two years now, the answer I get is "your refund is in process and will be deposited into your bank account within 7 to 10 days". They lie constantly and shove you around from department to department. I have now had to resort to pointing an attorney to obtain a court order to force them to honour their refund arrangement. Be very careful of this dishonest, dodgy company.
I rented a car by eDreams website. I went to the site to pick up the car, and they refused to give me the car because I did not pay for the insurance. However, I requested help to add the insurance to my rental, but the company did not give me another option and I had to go to a different company and paid more for another car (this company did not request mandatory insurance). I did the request for a refund and eDreams has not responded yet. I am very upset because I paid the eDreams membership thinking it was a serious company.
When i open you web i can find every flight i need to europe.

The booking was clear for me this time but I didn t get my 20€ off even entering my code promo.
I have it still on my car hiring but I don t need a car neither a hotel.
My booking did not go through. APP10 code has been sent as an appology but did not work.
Customer service could not sort out this issue. Why do you send these codes then?

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
