I lost $1,000 airline tickets. I asked to cancel the ticket and refund my money. They did not agree, even though I am a permanent customer. I can buy tickets directly from airlines, but I love EDream and dealing with them.
I hope they will help me return my money and I have great confidence in them
My flight that was purchased through Edreams never even existed. I came to the airport and they told me that there is no flight that I booked.
I paid for it and they still didn't give me any refund.
Overall very bad company and I am ready to Sue them if they don't do anything about this.

I booked a ticket at $128 and the company's "service charge" on that ticket was $63! This is 50% of the ticket cost. Please be aware that when you buy the ticket, the REAL total cost is NOT shown. They only show the ticket price, even when they say "the total cost is..."
On top of that, they do not send you the eticket right away. It takes "up to 24 hours" to get the ticket, so I still do not have the ticket on hand.
This is a scam. Please avoid. Really, this "service" should be reported to BBB.

I bought 2 long distance flight on 2020 to eDreams, for traveling on May 2021. The flights were cancelled on April 2021, 20 months later and despite my claims they never answered. Lousy service. They contacted me today to tell me that they refuse to refund since the reservation is too old (20 months). What they don't say is that I have been claiming since day one of the cancellation and eDreams never do nothing till now.
I think they're cynical. They enjoy mistreating customers.
People follow my advice, I strongly recommend you to avoid eDreams by any means

Not happy that you make people automatically Premium member( free for a month and then need to pay if not cancelled) without their consent. To find the cancellation is very difficult.

Just okey experience with booking through the site. Constant messages that we need to hurry up was just stressing and annoying, and also all the extra costs that we need to go though before actually being able to book. The price was also depending on us saying yes to extra things like prime membership, and the email afterwards confusing when it says we need to confirm our booking by giving an review. Like we would loose the booking if we don't do it.
After all, we got the tickets and are happy to fly. When we payed the exchange rate from US to NOK was also much higher than the market says. They don't inform what rate they take if you are from another country and paying in different exchange rate.
All went very smoothly I have always used eDreams and always received the best value tickets. Always very reliable. Thank you for such a great service.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
