Never use this agent.
It must be illegal in the EU to have such quality service, let's raise the quest to cancel their license!

You can't reach them by phone, their chat does not work properly, agents does not have any history of communicationcs.

They forgot to add 2 letters to my name in the ticket, in 2 days they did not solve my issue at all.

No one is in charge for anything.
Worst experience in my life.

I booked a flight through edreams, the airline unilaterally cancelled the flight but refunded the passengers, including for my ticket on Sep 13th 2022. Edreams has still not refunded me the amount and no way to reach them. Just some bots who do not entertain any request.

It is a total scam worst exeprience ever, no follow up no way to contact. Never ever use these agents

SCAM SCAM SCAM!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS! They set up an unauthorized RECURRING MONTHLY DRAFT on my checking account for over $500. I thought I was booking with another agency and was surprised to see that at some point, it became edreams...never heard of them. Then there were surprise fees I was going to have to pay. I tried to cancel. There is no customer service. I received an email more than 24hrs after I requested a refund and guess what? You have to cancel within 24hrs to get your airline money back. So now I am stuck with a bunk Allegiant voucher and I have no idea what has happened to the hotel room. They are not helpful and the system is designed to keep your money and keep you waiting. Disgusted.
