The customer service is very bad, especially because of the customer support robot.
None of the problems I reported were resolved, which is a shame considering that I am a member of the prime program.
There should be operators with whom you can communicate online, not just a phone number,especially if you call from abroad, the call prices are huge due to roaming.
All in all, a bad experience and I definitely would not have paid for the membership in the prime program if I had known it would be like this.
Confirmation process is too long, I have not received invoice, even after 2 days
Hi, overall I'm still not sure of having a good service.
This since, after I made the booking a popup message that the payment didn't get through. I have received a confirmation email but still I wasn't sure if I had the tickets or not. I have tried to contact customer care via chat and the 'robot' couldn't confirm either.

I believe I was duped, When purchasing my ticket Reference number ******* ******* From BKK to CNX On February 28 After completing my booking I was informed that I had joined a 30 day free trial which I had no intention of doing And I believe you're a booking procedure trick me into joining. I've tried several times to go through your Cancelation selections wit is without success. I do not want to be a prime customer For $69 a year starting in 30 months if you can tell me how to cancel that I will upgrade your service to a 5
This is a long review but I advise you to read it before booking. Thank you.
I was booking a trip to Asia and back but I couldn't figure where to book bags so I asked the eDreams team and they said not to worry about it because you can add the bags after you book the flight. After I booked I still couldn't add bags so I asked again and they said to wait until the booking is confirmed. After it was confirmed I called again and they said that they couldn't book the bags and that I had to call the airlines instead and add the bags there. I told them that I booked from them and that they should handle the bags but they said they can't help anymore. This is outrageous because there was three airlines I had to call. I wanted to cancel but they said that there was a cancelation fee because the flights were booked already. They tricked me into waiting until there was a fee for canceling and lied about the bags. This is what they will do to you. I ended up making it to Asia and had to send my bags with FedEx. When I was about to return, the first airline canceled the flight due to weather so I had to call eDreams and ask them about the other 2 airlines and what would happen. They said that they couldn't help me and that I would have to call the first airline that canceled and they would help me out. I then asked eDreams what the airlines number was and they gave me a number that doesn't work, I told them that and they said that was the number they had and that they were sorry again. I ended up finding the number on Google and the airline said that they couldn't help me with the other two flights and I had to pay again for another booking for 2 flights. The whole experience was horrible and I lost a lot of money over the bags and the flights. I will never book again with eDreams and I strongly advise you not to as well.
TL;DR: They tricked me into waiting until after the booking was confirmed to tell me that I couldn't add bags to the booking and they didn't help me when my first flight back was canceled and I had to pay for 2 flights again.
Dreams Claims that they contacted me and that I did not respond, this is not true because they never contacted me. Do not trust them.
The reservation process forced me to choose the free trial e dreams prime, and after 30 days tou will charge me. But I already payed for 1 year on my last reservation made on November 2022. There was no option for a member of e dreams prime although I was identified by you. I sent a question to customer service. It is very difficult to find an e mail. I didnt get any response.
Easy and seamless. Out of all the websites I compared flights on, edreams had the lowest price. I highly recommend.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
