Good but not too impressed because they supposed to send me the terminal am boarding and the terminal am landing in Madrid
I had to cancel all my flights and ask for a refund with the airlines, as eDreams does not communicate with the flights and does not deliver what it sells about transfer coverages on trips

This is my first experience after 5 years break of buying tickets. That's why it took me long time to sort out all the offers before I managed to buy the tickets. Anyway, I still don't know the number of my flights and details about my luggage and meal. I bought the tickets beforehand so I hope that closer to the flight date eDream will send me this information. If you are more experienced in buying tickets online I am sure you will be happy with this service.

WHILE BOOKING PROCESS THE ADDITION OF BAGGAGE PROCESS IS VERY TOUGH AND I CAN NOT FIND IT OUT EVEN TILL THE END. NOW I WILL BOOK MY LUGGAGE FROM THE AIRPORT AND WILL PAY EXTRA. INSTEAD OF SO MANY OFFERS LIKE INSURANCE AND OTHER OPTIONS ITS BETTER TO MAKET THE BOOKING PROCESS EASY.
