So far is been good service & attention to customer
During my booking, process they advertised a fare with free check-in bag included. Even after booking, the confirmation email says that I'm allowed a 20kg check-in bag. However, the air company showed a carry-on only
For 2 days tried to call the eDreams without any luck. The phone number they provided does not exist, and the calls didn't go through.
Finally, after chatting with customer support, I was informed that a have to pay for my check-in regardless what the confirmation email FROM THEM said. Unable to help, he redirected me to a link to file a claim.
Filed the claim, and their response was
We are sorry for the confusion we created but you have to contact the airline directly and pay for the bags.
So I ended up paying extra to checkin my baggage.
This was my second time dealing with eDreams, and unfortunately, both experiences left me disappointed. In both cases, I encountered issues with luggage allowances, and upon reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience in this regard.
They intentionally mislead and then scam you.
But hey, I do take full responsibility for my part, as the saying goes:
"You fool me one, shame on you. You fool me twice, shame on me"
Everything went well. Email easily read. No problems with my reservation.

It was really easy looking up the flight I wanted and completion was fast, most of all the price point was good.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Customer service ignored us and we ended on the streets with a child. We had to pay again for a service that we paid to them! Watch out! They are miserable rats!
This is the first time that I book at dreams and I like to experience there service.

If you want a flexible Ticket...Don't regret and use edreams. Sunday14th May a changed in a flight booking from the 16th to the 27th May was confirmed and paid for. Edreams phoned back for the payment deduction of changes. 16th May Swiss air sending notifications of delays. Edreams was contacted and upon recognizing phone number notified of changes can take up to 48 hrs to appear in inbox. On the 16th nothing in inbox after 45min on the phone with edreams...it boils down changes was not made. Now i have to buy a new ticket and edreams claim they did try to phone me thus they are not at fault. This took them 45min to realise no changes was made and as far as calling I have no miss calls. But strangely edreams did manage to get hold of me for money changes deduction! How how convenient.
I Booked a trip to milan and a hotel. The flight to milan was never prossesed and their only response was to just buy another ticket which i did for twice the amount for the original ticket!
The hotel they Booked didnt have my reservation and because of that í was without a hotel at 2am in the Middle of the night.
This resulted in my trip costing twice the original amount and edreams refuse to refund me for the hotel saying the hotel does not do refunds but it is eDreams that should do the refunding!
Ive talked to them numerous times and they all tell you to just leave a complaint.
I will never use this company again and will suggest no one will on online traveling forums. It is a scam company do not use
I was able to add the piece of luggage i wanted to going but had to go to another site to add it upon return. It should not matter how many airlines one used but info should be contained on one site

Cost of flight was alot cheaper with eDreams. Had to wait for processing to be done but it did say it could be upto 24 hours.

Shocking experience. Please never use them! I booked a flight to Cape Town with eDreams. I PAID EXTRA for their add-on service to change your flight date and time for free. It was stipulated on this option that if you would like to request a change you have to request it at least 24 hours before your flight. I requested a flight change more than 48 hours before my flight using the app. 24 hours later my request still said pending and that it hadn't even been dispatched to an agent yet. I called their helpline and sat on the phone for more than 48 minutes...no one answered. I kept on getting "All our agents are busy, did you know that you can use our app blah blah"...I then used the chatbot on the app, could not talk to a real person until i replied "shocking service" and then suddenly it popped up with an option to talk to an agent.
The best part is still to come. The agent contacts me and tells me that they can no longer assist me in changing my flight date and time as it is now less than 24 hours until the flight. I explained to her that I requested this change on the app 48 HOURS before my flight - it's not my fault they haven't attended to it. She then tells me that I didn't mark the change as urgent so that's why they haven't attended to it. THE CHANGE OPTION ON THE APP DOESN'T EVEN OFFER AN 'URGENT' OPTION. How can i select an option that is not there?
She then tells me it's my fault because I didn't bother to call or email them. I told her I sat on the phone for almost an hour waiting for an agent to answer and it kept on saying no agents available. She then tells me "well you should have waited longer because our agents are busy" HAVE YOU EVER IN YOUR LIFE? I was shocked. She then proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do as I am too late. I AM TOO LATE? It's now my fault because THEY couldn't attend to my change request on time? No ways! They are charging people for a flexible date and time service that they cannot even PROVIDE. Please don't ever use this sorry excuse of a company.

It's not possible to add a baggage and it's not comfortable at all to do it at the airport

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
