This is my first time booking with eDreams and I found the overall experience very simple and straight forward.
I recently booked a flight through a third party company Jetcost and eDreams was the provider of the airline tickets. First things first I booked the flights and I received two different airline tickets with different gate information. After arriving at the airport my flight was delayed and gate was changed due to storm but I never received any updates from the airline. After contacting the airline they issued me a refund but guess what? The issues refund went onto an unknown Mastercard that wasn't mine. I explained to the airline that this was not my card and also disputed charges for a company called eDreams. Avoid this company and third party companies to avoid the scams. Book directly with airline.

I found the site to be a little bit confusing...after my purchase, I received a note from United Airlines informing me that my BASIC ECONOMY fare had certain restrictions...HOWEVER I accepted the upgrade options on the eDream site for the upgrades and completed my purchase...not sure why United told me I had the BASIC ECONOMY FARE...It wasn't an issue buying the seats on my flight segments directly through the United Airline page. I will say the fares on the eDream site were significantly LOWER than on ANY of the usual travel sites have booked through in the past. Overall I would say I will come back next time I am traveling by Air.

It was very easy to select the flight and finish all the procedures so quick.

I am not particular happy because I found out that edreams charged me extra 80 USD for the same flight tickets I can get from Transavia website.
I will not use edreams anymore and will alert my friends and family about this over pricing.
I tried to book with BA directly, however, eDreams intervened without my request. I continued with eDreams as I could not switch back to BA on my mobile. Though it ended well - I received confirmation of my flight promptly.
So far good. I'm looking forward for our trip. First time to try this eDreams.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
