Good but I have not been able to select our seats which is highly unusual as I have always been abe to select the seats.
Glitch on app says my flight booking is still processing. Had to contact customer services a couple of times to make sure everything is okay. Seems to be. We will see.

At the ticket line Spirit customer relations people were not that friendly or helpful had to wait in line for a long time had to make a change birthday month was wrong got it all worked out flight okay have a nice day

I booked a Spirit flight through eDreams. Was pretty sure that with Spirit, you have to pay for a carry-on bag (I googled and found I was correct. On the booking page there was a section that said "add check-in bags"--not "add checked bags," which is what it turned out to mean (I suspect this is on purpose to get people to pay for the more expensive thing). I had to call Spirit customer service to confirm that the section was for checked bags, not carry-ons, which also meant that there was no way to reserve a carry-on bag on the site. This led to multiple rounds on the phone with Spirit, none of which ended with me getting my carry-on reserved. I still don't, and will have to try again with Spirit, if I have time, because there is no way to do this on the site.
Okay experience, opted for the prime membership to get discount.

Fast easy good price great location from my house would book again
It was an experience. I thought it will hard to find the price for a reasonable ticket but edreams made it happened.
That's was a wonderful experience I had Nice and easy everything so perfect I unjoy it definitely used it again thank you so very much see you soon
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
