As soon as I booked my fight I got my confirmation email. Swift and informative.
Extended hotel reservation through edreams, other reservation was made through different provider, but hotel never received my reservation. They gave me 2 days to stay while trying to figure out with edreams issue but edreams failed and I had to pay for 2 past days directly to hotel and book the rest with other provider. Now edreams not returning my money to me and dont want to reimburse for 2 nights while I was waiting.
Highly recommend using eDreams to assist with upcoming and future booking.
Was a great deal but I did not like that I could not get my boarding passes for my connecting flight

I have been refused not to travel with British Airways i asked them what is the reason they told me this is not your passport i stayed two night with out no hotel no food no drink this is an acceptable.

The prices are good. But for some reason I was told (in an email) that my trip included a Carry-on bag. However, the airline contacted me directly saying that I only have a Handbag... So, I had to purchase the Carry-on with Sky Airlines... that process with the airline is not easy (still on it). But to be fair, that story has nothing to do with eDreams, just the airline itself.
The process was swift, straightforward and clear to understand. Only the process of paying is a little bit creepy. I mean, I didn't even get a prompt for inputting my card's temporary password and the payment was already completed. No security in this regard, thus I'm scared of making any booking in the future using this platform...thank you
Your site felt like walking through a third world market where starving kids are trying to sell you things at every step. Felt like I needed to take a shower after my purchase. The Prime sale was the most annoying--finding out that the expected price depends on purchasing Prime. Yuck!
I originally thought eDreams was charging more than booking directly with the airline but I was mistaken. Extra charges initially came up on my credit card but the pending charges eventually were resolved and the final price was what i was expecting.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
