I like booking on eDreams, because there is a broad selection of good fares, and the process to select them is straightforward. What I am less enthusiastic about (and always warn my friends for) is the gauntlet of extras I have to run before getting to the final booking and payment page. It would be great if my eDreams profile would contain a set of pre-selections for all these extras, so they won't be paraded in front of me again and again.
My booking has still not been processed. I'm a bit concerned
I need to contact eDreams. May i use my ticket EWR to Las Vagas for a ticket Las Vagas to Denver. I was double booked on the first flight

Booking was convenient. My aim was to book directly with PAL. I didn't realize I was booking with edreams until after everything was done. Will provide a more detailed feedback about my experience later.
So far so good. Just waiting for the issuance of my E-ticket. Also, there should be a toll-free phone number for customer service

I would like to make reclamation due to the fact that price for my ticket was 329,48 ( tickets: 228,48 + 101 for extra 25 kg baggages) indtead of $ 434,86 that were debited in my bank account
My booking process was real quick and easy.However, in the payment process i was directed to pay through paypal.i got stock for awhile because i dont have paypal.Succesfully i was able to book myself and my two friends.I have received the booking confirmation instantly.
The processing time was too long everything else was ok

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
