While I prefer booking directly with airlines, eDreams is apparently the best way to book smaller regional airlines. Since I"m always looking to safe money on flights, the smaller airlines or second-tier airports are the ones I usually book.
I dont why but for a 12 Jul 23 departure I received a checkin email from edreams two days ago. This made me think that I had mistakenly chosen the wrong departure date. No not true. So why the email?
Booking was easy, the site is user friendly and the ticket price was definitely right.

Unfortunately, what followed was a series of frustrating experiences and unfulfilled promises. Every time I reached out to eDreams for assistance, they provided vague responses and continually evaded providing a concrete solution to my request.
The lack of responsiveness and the runaround I have received from eDreams has not only wasted a significant amount of my time and effort but has also caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. As a customer, I expected a higher level of support and accountability from both Kayak and eDreams.
I kindly request that Kayak intervene in this matter and assist me in resolving the situation promptly. It is my belief that as the platform through which I initially made the booking, Kayak bears responsibility for ensuring the satisfactory resolution of any issues that arise.

1. Facilitate direct communication with a representative from eDreams who possesses the authority to address and resolve my refund request without further delay.

The site comes up with value for money deals for my selected destination. Easy site design to navigate through and compare different combinations of available ticket prices. Quick response and quick confirmation after successful payment.

They falsely advertise carry on luggage being included. When confronted with this issue, edreams gave us a general "I'm sorry your experience was unsatisfactory". They were not helpful in correcting the issue. We contacted them many days explaining in detail how they falsely advertised carry on luggage allowance with photos. Each time we were given a general "I'm sorry your experience was unsatisfactory". I asked for information to contact a supervisor or higher management to get the same message again. I doubt we even were dealing with a human.
I´ve got a very difficult plain ticket to Montreal after my company decided to canceal my previos flight.

I tried to figure out the baggage allowance for my flights but the help desk could not help me due to high traffic volume and technical issues. It has been already 12 hours and I tried multiple times Prime Help Desk over many hours but in vain.
My experience in this app is good, they have great deals.

I was unable to complete our flight plans via the internet, so I called customer service. The man I spoke with was very thorough in helping me resolve that issue, and I almost satisfied!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
