The companies that according to rent cars are thieves, we went by the car and when we arrived that the money was not there and that we had to pay again, they should pay attention to what lines they get when you make reservations for cars and that they had nothing to do with it

Worst trip on spirit ever! Was supposed to leave MCO AT 730PM AND DIDNT GET TO FLY OUT UNTIL 1230AM HAD TO MISS MY DINNER WITH FAMILY, MISS MY RIDE AND CATCH AN UBER. JUST HORRIBLE.
