Worst site if you need to make changes to a reservation. You mostly exchange messages with bots. If you are lucky enough to get an agent (chats only / based in India), they are unable to do anything more that what you could've done online. It seems like a 1-2 man operation. Not worth if for the few extra $$ of savings

Booking process difficult. Very pushy system, trying to sell you extra stuff continuously. After booking you continue get inundated with junk mail, despite not having oped an account. Check in keeps failing. No response to emails regrading check ins. Totally regret using eDreams. Unsubscribe does not work.

I had serious difficulty to pay. I got a note on my screen that my Bank refused my creditcard. I called my Bank to find out what was wrong. The Bank said there was nothing wrong with my creditcard. I tried other ways of payment, like Ideal, but the name of my Bank was missing in the check list. Within one hour my booking was to my surprise "confirmed", but still "processing"

Terrible customer service

I lost my passport and the car rental company in mexico Mex Car Rental would not rent to me, even with a photo of the passport. I was charged the full price of the car rental and they would not allow me to cancel or get a refund.

It is with much disappointment that I have to inform you that I really can't digest weird eDreams Customer Support responses regarding my refund status.

As per eDream policy I deserved a full refund for eDreams accommodation confirmation number: **************.

In the first place, One of the eDreams customer support person(Aitihya) shared an email with me saying that they didn't find my accommodation booking reference number. Also Aitihya stated that it's not refundable however during my booking confirmation its clearly mentioned that it's 100% refundable if I cancel before certain date.

Secondly, after 2 weeks, I got a response from the eDreams customer support person(Siddharth) saying that they found accommodations booking reference numbers and escalated to the accounts department.

A few days later, I got one more email eDreams customer support person(Mohammed) saying that I have to reach out to Booking.com for my refund. He provided me Booking.com contact no *******004 in the email to get my refund. As per Mohammed's suggestions, I called Booking.com and they said we don't have such booking details and any partnering with eDreams.

Then I called ******* eDream Customer Support, and one lady attended the call from eDreams Hotel Dept. She shared a weird statement saying that they don't have such a booking reference number.

She transferred my call to another department, which said the refund was already initiated on 17th July. However I haven't received a refund so far.

I am sorry for this unfortunate news that it's pathetic & poor customer service from eDreams.

Quick flight back to UK

Didn't like the flight was delayed by about an hour which meant I missed my connecting train back to London and had to wait for the next train

Flight booking

When making my booking, I had made a mistake on the departure date, so had to change it immediately as I was flying the next day, eDreams done this for me quite easily and in time. Was very pleased.
