Excellent service and value fir money,this is my 3rd trip in 23 and highly recommended to anyone travelling abroad.
Good and fast online service. No problems with booking or holding tickets
Its first time im trying edreams hope everything will be ok
I had never used eDreams before but found the whole experience extremely easy.
Booked a last minute flight from Italy to UK when our train was cancelled the night before. Booking and journey went very smoothly and we arrived home happy and on time.
I payed extra to be able to change my booking. Whenever I go to the Dreams app and click on "change my trip" it just won't open. I keep on getting a loading sign and my internet connection is perfect.

Too many hoops. I now cant login. The website makes you signup and then I cant login to amend anything
The booking experience overall was easy. However, I don't know if you have any policy behind this. As in the airline company the ticket was triple of the price. I am bit concerned if i will have trouble on the check-in. As i had with ryanair i couldn't do online check-in as the ticket was locked by Opodo and ryanair would not let me check-in due to customer identification as the ticket was bought by the third party.

I have never experienced such a dodgy operator. At the purchase point (2 times) I was told the airline had increased the fare by 6EU. Then I was offered 30 days 'free trial' of Prime. If I declined I was charged a service fee of 60 EU. I accepted the offer and immediately after cancelled membership. 30 days later my credit card was charged 60EU. It was impossible to contact them. Do not believe me? Try to contact them, before you use them. After buying tickets on RyanAir I received an email from RyanAir informing me an unauthorised travel agency sold me tickets. It took a LOT of effort to satisfy Ryanair concerns. A relative went through the same drama.
Am experiencing on a little confuse on my bookings, I want to find out if my flight to London needs transit visa before bidding to Toronto from Ghana. I haven't received any confirmation yet, if there must be a transit visa then I'll change my transit destination to another country.
Apart that's Everything it's on point and easy when booking a flight and discounts and offers on deals for comfortability.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
