Guna edreams agak murah compared to site yang lain. Contoh mcm i beli scoot, lepas settle beli semua, flight details akan direct dpt dr scoot. So rasa safe. Tq edreams. Dah 2x beli dr sini. Hopefully lepas ni dpt secure harga flight murah lagi

Booking was easy, but the hidden 'extras' was a disappointment. When I've booked on other sites the price you see is what you pay unless you specifically book extras ie: seats, meals.
Booking through eDreams I had to pay extra to get confirmation through, extra for things that would normally be included in flight price.
Very smooth booking. Will no doubt use again if travelling in the near future.

During buying tickets, the prices change quickly until you simply enter the information. First price was around 260€/p and in the end we should pay around 326€/p. That's what I define as modern theft.
Our flight was from Düsseldorf to Catania. But at that time Catania airport was closed due to fire and eDreams didn't inform us. Our flight has changed (from Dusseldorf to Palermo) and again eDreams has not informed us. We have been informed by Eurowings.
Our return flight from Catania to Munich was also canceled and again we received no information and only found out about it at the airport.
After a long history we bought tickets ourselves again and we wanted to get money back. Lufthansa wrote to us that ticket prices were transferred to eDreams. But eDreams does not answer us!
Very rude!
I have to let my lawyer know. It doesn't work that way.

I am writing to you with a boiling rage that can hardly be contained because of eDream. It's been eight days since I sent my initial complaint, and I'm still waiting for a response. This blatant disregard for my concerns is only adding to my frustration.
Let me cut straight to the point. I am utterly appalled by your company's actions, which can only be described as fraudulent. My recent experience with your service has left me seething with anger and disbelief.
Here's the deal: I booked a flight from London to Portugal for £120, with the understanding that it was non-refundable. However, there was an option to receive an 80% refund of £228, so naturally, I went for it.
When I had to cancel my flight tickets, I contacted your customer service, expecting to receive the promised 80% refund. But no, here comes the kicker – I was informed that I would lose £98 due to some obscure agency fees. From the expected refund of £228, I received a pathetic £95, which is an insulting 42.7% instead of the 80% I was led to believe.
Your actions are nothing short of deceitful. You've broken your own policy and deceived me in the process. What you've done is far worse than a street mugging because it's carefully orchestrated deception that targets innocent customers and takes the money they need to support their families.
I want you to understand the gravity of what you've done. You've shattered my trust and undermined the basic principles of honesty and integrity. I refuse to let your company get away with this outrageous behavior.
If you think you can dupe your customers and get away with it, you're sorely mistaken. I am prepared to escalate this matter legally and will stop at nothing to ensure justice is served. My lawyer will be delighted to take this case, and I'm confident we can claim far more than your ill-gotten gains.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
