Hard to contact with real person. Every time I pressed Manage my booking and after pressed change name or change flight, all I saw UPS thi page isn't working. It's my first time using Edreams also.

I hastily cancelled my booking in error due to unforeseen circumstances. I don't want to cancel the booking. The only help I got was to re book losing my original payment of over £2000. Can't contact a human to resolve this issue. Can't even pay more money to make up the difference on new flights. Feel like I have been robbed of my hard earned money. We are broken that we can no longer continue with our dream holiday. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM EDREAMS. NO DREAMS HERE, JUST SADNESS

A day later after paying and booking and have still not received a confirmation of my flight. When I contacted customer support (which was a guy in India) they said I then had to wait 3 days, which I could not do because my flight was 2 days away. I received a number to call which once I called was with an automatic system obviously designed to keep you from actually contacting a real person and then was left on hold for more than an hour before the call was dropped. I still don't know what is going on with my reservation.
The worst service ever and I do not recommend anybody to use them. They confirmed the cost of my ticket and I booked it accordingly and received a confirmation email. After 10 days, they charged me extra amount of money without any email of justification. While trying to reach customer service, it was impossible. I used many other flight booking online services like travelocity for example and cheapoair with much much much better services. Don't get fooled by their lower prices it is only a trap. I will forsee more actions towards them
I would like to know why when I booked with two friends one got a refund of 120 pounds and another friend got his flight for 750 pounds and I paid 950 if I was not wanting to go on holiday with my friends I would have cancelled this is not acceptable.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
