I am pleased with how quickly the booking was confirmed.
Initially it was good until I reached the end of the process. In the final step I was told that the price changed and I had to pay an additional amount. Sounds like a scam to catch you with a cheaper price and then increase it just before you pay.
Good apart from wrong dates on hotel booking, my flight landed early hours in the morning when i arrived at hotel i had to pay for knight extra and i checked out one day early therfore your mistake cost me for 2 days unnecessary. How do i get compensation? Everything else was great I was very happy with service.
It was very clear, with payment part was a little tricky because of the credit cards type but the page it's very clear with instructions

My experience booking with edreams is that there flight rate are very cheap compared to other booking platforms. The platform is also user friendly and very easy to navigate. Transaction with them is very seamless, I would recommend them always.

THIS WEBSITE SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY AIRLINE TICKETS. THEY TOOK $1289 AND MADE LIES AND CLAIMS ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF MY TICKETS. THEY ASKED ME FOR SCREENSHOTS OF EACH TICKET PRICE BECAUSE "THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION"-- THAT IS THEIR JOB! IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE FROM INDIA AND IT WAS A DISASTER! NEVER BOOK WITH THEM! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE AND LOOKING INTO SUING THEM FOR THE LIES AND CHEATING ME OUT OF MY MONEY.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
