I do not appreciate being scammed into signing up to your prime service something I definitely did not agree to. It was only by chance i saw an email stating i had been signed up. Furthermore in order to unsubscribe and not be charged I had to spend an hour of my time working through a complex system which, when eventually found took me through 8 PAGES asking if I was sure I wished to insubscribe. I have yet to receive a confirmation email stating I am unsubscribed but have screen shotted a confirmation. Suffice to say I will not be using your service again.

I booked round trip flights through eDreams and when the airline canceled the flight I encountered a shockingly bad response. I had to chase the site's agents for two weeks to get confirmation of a refund that has not yet arrived on the grounds that the airline is not responding to them. EDreams knew very well to charge me but took no responsibility to credit me once their client needed them. I will never buy from you again and I will not recommend it to anyone else either

This is the worst place you want to book your airline tickets from. They charge you low but in the end you will realise that the airline is directly sending you the charges which needs to be paid before boarding the airplane. They are just looting you and that too with worst and nonsense customer service. If you want to get frustrated or want to turn your flights with nuisance go ahead and book from untrustworthy edreams. With no customer value. I was getting a ticket on half price from Chepoair for same airlines if I would have known that I will be charged double later on. Don't buy Lynx tickets from here,definitely a no, a big no. There are hidden charges which you have to pay at the airport or you will lose that you already had paid. Openly looting people, no transparency at all, big liars.

Making the booking was pretty straightforward and I didnt encounter any problems. However I would have preferred to receive my ticket via email as I find it easier to manage than having to download the App and then try to find my ticket.

The service is upsolotly good and very quick and very responsible I am very happy working with edreams iam very satisfied I been dealing for a very long time the service is amazing it couldn't be better the standard is very high and responding thank you for the information and the service you give.

I would give eDreams 0 stars if that was a thing. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BOOKING TRAVEL. I purchased our tickets, paid almost $300. Extra for insurance in case of change or cancellation. Our plans changed the next week and and tried to change the flight for one day earlier, the same flight and airline. I completed the request for change forms as instructed (there is no way to contact them by phone) and received notice that it was in progress for days. Then I got a phone call from London saying it was not possible, I needed to change it through the airline. The airline, of course, told me I needed to change it through the booking agent. I again contacted them and requested the change. They again responded that it was in progress. Weeks went by and I got a call and was told the simple change could not be done and the only way I could change it was to cancel it, receive a 80% refund, then try to rebook it. I PAID SO I WOULD GET A 100% REFUND AND SO I COULD MAKE EASY CHANGES WITHOUT PENALTY. At that point I had checked out all the bad reviews where people had their trips cancelled and ruined by eDreams and they were waiting almost a year for a refund. I was afraid to make a fuss or they would cancel my trip and we were meeting other people from another part of the world so I told them to just leave it. So we had to meet our group a day late. I felt terrorized and could not say a word until we returned from our trip. I asked for a refund for the services they denied but they keep going answering my emails with long descriptions of made up situations. It is so bad. They should not be in business.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
