My eDreams experience has been a nightmare. I purchased the flexible dates option, paying an extra 200 EUR, only to be told by an agent that they couldn't make changes because the airline wouldn't allow it. It's outrageous that eDreams is peddling a product they can't deliver, leaving customers misled and frustrated. This is a clear case of false promises and passing the buck, and it's utterly unacceptable

I have worst experience and customer care is very poor.
In canada all rental cars will accept g2 license except york.
Once done car booking through *edreams* for york rentals. When i went there at booking time they said only G will accept then i said change the driver name to my brother.(my brother having G).
They told That i need to do from edream website for that i called customer that also denied but amount deducted around 300. We didn't use the car.
Now edream saying its not in our hands. York people we wont deduct your amount check with edreams.
300$ loss they are not refunding and saying before reaching there i need update to other canada g licence. I booked at 7 am they i went at 6:30am, rental people said wait outside come in after 7am then only. When i went inside i am able to know g full licence we will provide the car. Then i tried to call customer care it connected at 8:30am. Customer car is number is not canada.
On that i went to avis budget and took the car with same licence but too much stress and amount also loss.
Customer care simply replying is not in hands we cant refund. If they didnt provide the car due to their policies at delivery time then they need to initiate the refund. Edream website they need to mention category of G licence only allow in canada while entering driving licence number with bold.
Silly websites will show offers will bold and term and condtions inside some where.

I booked my ticket from eDreams. They are so clever that they create virtual travel plan which will change after you buy ticket from them. Firstly you will get message that flight was cancelled by airline without providing any alternative.
Secondly they will never accept their fault.
It's run by most of the Indian people. You call them everytime it's a different guy you speak with. I was kicked out of the line to grab my boarding pass as the itinerary they provided was not legit. I requested refunds and cane with reply that airline declined my request. Lastly the email I used to contact them now say is no longer monitored and I am not even able to contact them anymore.

Booked flight and then discovered we had to join prime or pay an extra £60! Then booked car and found the flight was returning from a different airport a d it would cost £100 to drop off at the return airport.

Yesterday I tried to & unsucessfully cancel this Prime, I got onto a robot that took me back to the very start 7 times, today I tried again, with no success, but then I got an agent, that was no help at all, she gave me a long email address of which I tried, it wouldn't go into the box to send the cancellation for this Prime, I didn't ask for it & I don't want it, It says cancellation is easy, it definitely isn't easy, so I will have to contact the Bank & ask them to block eDreams Prime of taking £69.99p out of my account.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
