I have purchased 2 airline tickets through e-dreams.com. For almost $2,000.00 Unfortunately, our plans have changed and we needed to cancel the purchased a few hours later. I decided to do it online but the refund shown was a couple of hundred a dollars short, while the policy states "a full refund if canceled within 24 hours", so I had to call the company directly. I was promised to get a full refund within 10 days. 10 days later no refund so I called the company again. I was told to wait extra 72 hours because they just have processed the refund. 72 hours later no refund so I had to call again. This is when their game started. They refused to tell me if the refund has been processed, while transferring me to different departments. This time their response was " we can't disclose you this information " I requested to talk to the supervisor, the supervisor was "busy,", so i was told i would receive a phone call from the supervisor
Within 48 hours. 48 hours later no phone call and no money.
I had to call again. This time the employee informed me that they were in the process of refunding me $115 only, the price I paid for the selected sits ONLY but not the actual tickets price since the refund process has never been initiated. I requested to start a refund again, now almost 3 weeks after the purchase.
The best part was when the time was up to receive my initial $115 and I still haven't received it, i called the company again and was told that my $115 have been refunded to me already and to call my credit card company (which I did and there were no transactions or refunds from e-dreams) and it would take EXTRA 10-15 days to receive my almost $1,800!
I had to call my credit card company again and open a dispute with the airline. About 24 hours later I have finally received my whole amount back thanks to my Citi Mastercard company!
I am glad the purchase has been made with the credit card and not a debit card. Otherwise, I don't know how long this game would have lasted. I have wasted hours on the phone with edreams and all I received were appologies and suggestions to wait. Are you a legit company or a bunch of scammers? Do you think I would ever go back to you or recommend you to anyone. I was about to call a police a file a theft report against you if my credit card didn't ask me to give them 2 days and solved my problem within 1 DAY! Again, thank you Citi Mastercard!
This company edreams is very DISHONEST! Stay away from them. And also double check if you are still signed up for their membership (which also was extremely difficult to cancel).
They might charge you for a renewal.

Easy to follow instructions generally! I booked seats directly through the airline as I saw them when my confirmation came through however this does not show on this site when I pressed to be automatically booked in on line by yourselves when it opens.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
