Don't dare to use Edreams, scammers company, in any case of a issue, you will never see your money back, I was stuck in the airport because edreams didn't inform me that the airline company has canceled my ticket, so I had to stay in the airport for a day and search for new tickets, directly on airline's company, I was promised for a refund by Edreams manager on phone, but I never received it for almost half year now, getting fed by their support agents with different stories! Scammers!

Cheaper flights occasionally demand longer stop duration periods. Like waiting in Kuwait airport for 8-13 relentless hours. Which could restrict your movement through Visa regulated ports of entry. Or Staying at a hotel somewhere in super strict Middle East. Transit flights that stay within the premises boundaries and are under two hours between change of flights, planes or terminals - does, at times, make you feel rushed and worried. However, nae stresses; here is your solution: Buy direct flights wherever available, fully refundable, free cancellation and non computerized seat allocation. Problem is, check in and boarding passes. Depending on edreams to reliably send boarding passes (not itinerary, booking references, aircraft size, capacity, FP's or weather conditions) to your email, on-time and at least 24 hours before departure, can cause an alarming sense of anticipation. I would prefer 100% instant digital confirmation boarding passes, over, check in desk airport printed versions from whatever Airport. Especially whilst in transit.
Hotels are boring
I don't drive smelly rentals
Or need tourist attractions advice
Language barriers are annoying

В 2022 году купил билет Турция-Бишкек. Личный кабинет не создавал, больше данным сайтом не пользовался. Спустя год они списали 60 долларов за премиум подписку. При чем когда я зашел в личный кабинет, в личном кабинете не было кнопки отменить подписку и нельзя было удалить личный кабинет. Я смог вернуть деньги только через банк, подав жалобу на незаконное списание. 2 месяца я не мог не как связаться с данной фирмой, не по телефону, ни по почте. Единственное я смог связаться с поддержкой их по аренде машин, но там меня послали в связи с тем что они не имеют к данной компании отношения. После того как банк вернул деньги данная компания опять завалила письмами по подключению премиум подписки и покупки билетов. НИКОГДА НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ У НИХ НИЧЕГО ЭТО ПРОСТО ШАРАШКИНА КОНТОРА. У випп клиентов поддержка вообще заблокирована, нельзя просто даже сообщение написать.
It all was seamless in that I was originally only intending to book flights and then booking accommodation through Airbnb but the options available on eDreams were numerous and I could get a better deal by booking both flights and hotel together.

I was charged around 60 euro in addition to the booking charges. This amount is unknown for what service! I haven't bought any other service beside my airline booking.
When I tried to check with the customer service about this issue, I couldn't find any email or phone number to reach out. Only questions and answers in the app for the customer service. Impossible to get in touch in case of emergency and you need to speak to some of the team.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
