Fairly easy to use but I couldn't add baggage to the return flight which is annoying now my son has to do it at his end as i purchased these return flights for him. I do wish you allowed AFTERPAY though that would be even better.

These guys are a complete scam. Don't be fooled by a slightly cheaper price, because if there are any issues it'll cost you way more in the long run.
Their customer service is an absolute joke. I've spent hours on the chat just getting cut and paste responses over and over again. They lie about the process and will say anything to get you off the chat, but if you keep pushing, you'll eventually find out what you need. Not that it will help you, because they'll fall back on the "it's the airline, not us" quote and the circle starts again.
As an example, we all know that the airline won't talk to us, because we booked through a eDreams, but at every opportunity they'll say "you need to contact the airline directly for that". Knowingly sending you in the wrong direction, just to get you off their todo list.
They'll spend 30 minutes telling you it's impossible and then out of the blue they'll say "ok I'll contact XYZ team to to ABC". Why the hell is that not the starting point? Because a lot of customer would give up before things get resolved and eDreams would make a fortune from getting refunds that they don't give back to the customer.
If you're booking a simple, one way ticket and the saving is substantial, them maybe it's worth the risk. Otherwise, DON'T DO IT!

I wanted to cancel my year plan and called the hotline. Your employee said that he would cancel my plan for 69.99 and make me a plan for 20.00 (I paid immediately using the link) and then my money was automatically withdrawn again (your employee did not cancel the plan for 69.99). How do you even do such a bad job? I paid twice, I'm shocked. I wanted to cancel but paid two times. I will never buy tickets through your company, I will write to all groups that your company is not competent. Let people know about your reputation. It's horrible!

At every click there is something to buy whether it is an email confirmation costing £6, insurance costing £8.99, a seat reservation for £10 or a bag costing £54 each way each person! Are you mad! It was so hard actually booking with eDreams because at every moment throughout the process someone was trying to sell you something other than the flight itself. Hilarious (not in a good way).

The process was super easy until it came to providing my promo code. I reached out to customer service both on the phone and in writing with no resolution. Finally, just sucked it up and paid for the trip. I was happy with the ability to modify my flight/hotel package and choose the price that was closer to my budget.

Planing the trip is not price friendly. E price changing on higher is not OK for every second.

This was the first time I have used eDreams and found the site easy to negotiate. I have now set up an account so will definitely be using it again.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
