Ik probeer al meer dan een maand een overzicht en factuur te ontvangen, nog steeds geen antwoord. Ik heb letterlijk al meer dan 8u! Op de chat gezeten om een antwoord te krijgen, elke keer beloven ze maar ontvang ik niets. 100€ meer betaald dan wat de luchtvaartmaatschappij me zegt, maar uitleg krijg ik ook niet hierover.

DONT use Edreams

Edreams suck money out of your bank account and never send confirmation to correct in boxed and continue to withdraw money in USA dollars or Sterling or euro 💶. Just book a ticket with the airline.
I would have saved thousands of dollars

Faulty app

App doesn't work well, probably faulty. Tried to do my check in, doesn't work. It shows that still loading when try to manage my booking. Unfortunately I had to be at my dad funeral and was forced to download this app, doesn't look great.

Don't book here

Just booked my flights and several things are off here! They took the funds and its still processing no confirmation just a reference number and a generic email stating we may need to wait 24 hours. The worst part is when i went to look up the reference number and saw the passenger details both my husband's and my own birthday were off by a day. I double checked all the information before i submitted it. There's 0 chance i made that mistake. Conveniently enough they have options to pay for customer service to help make flight modifications. So they basically have it where either you pay for the extra support or they will make you pay for the support. Absolutely shameful! Stay away!

I travelled to Conakry for the first time on business and booked for 4 nights for a hotel with eDreams. I arrived at the residence quite late at night and was told they had no confirmation of this booking. The manager took me personally to his office to show me all the bookings for the week and also made me aware that they had never heard of received any bookings from eDreams. They only took booking from Expedia and booking.com. I had to pay over the odds to convince the taxi driver to drive me around the city past midnight to look for somewhere decent to lodge. The following day I asked my brother to contact eDreams to refund my money asap but to my amazement they kept him over the phone for more than 2hrs without any resolve. I returned after my trip to give it ago to get my refunds and it's been close to 7 days without this issue be finally being resolved. The customer service team are rude and will not pass you on to the floor manager and the outsourcing team in India frankly have shown nothing but a lack of respect. I'm making this a legal matter but i would urge anyone considering using this company to try other reputable organizations that offer similar services even if it costs more money.
