EDreams advised that our return flight from Istanbul to South Africa was cancelled and said the only other flight was the next day. When we reached the airport, the flight was only delayed by a few minutes, so we incurred cost of an extra night stay, transportation and meals in Istanbul and now they refuse to reimburse us for misinformation

I have contacted my bank to refuse the payment of £89.99 as I did not authorise it and you did not give me any notice. This resulted in overdrawn charges.
There was nothing on your booking page informing me that I had already had a free trial so I was unaware when l booked that this was the case.
I would have booked elsewhere at a cheaper price had I known I wasn't able to receive free trial.
Please refer this immediately to your complaints department. I am extremely angry with your company and wish this matter to be taken further.

This my first time of booking via eDreams and I like it.
It is good experience with edreams application which I booked my ticket
Booked a return flight to Toyko with insurance just incase of a required change of flight time. Which we needed due to airline moving schedule. EDreams organised an alternative flight without much issue (albeit terrible communication) which you have to pay in full and reclaim via the insurance. "BUT" eDreams will not supply an invoice for you to make a claim with "THEIR" insurance. After dozens of requests and getting in touch with human via webchat (twice) who insisted it would be sorted and had escalated it to the highest level "NOTHING" so it looks like I will not get a refund. Please beware when booking with insurance.

Checked and found out it's affordability and suitability for my travel plans.Plus hopefully the convenience traveling towards my destination.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
