They are literally the worst I have ever dealt with, they canceled one of my connected flights without sending me the other flight's cancelation and they are not paying me my refund amount which I have the right of a full refund but they played on words and convinced me that I am just entitled for one flight refund and until now it is been a month they haven't even paid me anything as well as they have deducted 333.3 AED from my credit card without my consent for prime subscription renewal even though I literally had the worst experience ever so I called and the customer service guy told me that they will give me 90 GBP as good gesture since I had the worst experience and until now I haven't as well received anything! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! REAL SCAMERS!

Wery bad customer service, they dont care and dont whant to help the customer. If you have to use eDreams dont buy anything extra. Flexible tickets dont work at all, you pay for the service and when you whant to use it you have to pay again.

My booking experience with eDreams was awesome. The website is user-friendly and made the process easy. The prices offered were decent, and the overall experience went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!
I have experience whith anader suplayers that offer flight tickets and after I book and pay they cancel the booking from "technical reasons" and after they collect my money I need to aweyting abaut one month after the return back the money. It's never happened whit a Dreams and I always book from them
I needed a quick booking to ensure seats for a trip to a hot destination for tourists and within minutes I had the booking all sorted out. It was what is needed when one needs to make a booking at short notice.
It was a good experience., the details about was sent to me as agreed.
The money exchange doesn't tally with the current echange stated on Google, and the prime subscription does nothing. Rather not subscribe

Easy to buy my ticket, my only trouble is checking in, when I go to manage booking and click check-in it says "request received check your email" but nothing shows up, however this may be Ryanair's fault, hopefully all goes well. Thank you

Always the best but is true now is very expensive flights
Overall good. I did not like the bit that you offer a saving, but then unless the customer commits to paying your annual membership you take the saving away.
Also, my booking process was interrupted, and as I refreshed the quote was already 20 per person higher.
Please be consistent in your services. Now that I am a member I hope to see the value of it!
I was a prime member several years ago and never used my benefits actually
Then last year I cancelled the subscription but last week I booked a ticket to Mykonos and resubscribed with free trial
It was to my shock that u withdraw the subscription fees although as courtesy for me paying the membership for several years but never using them u could have simply allowed me the free trial

Ground staff and flight attendance very friendly and helpful.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
