The purchase process had too many screens to jump through, too many add-ons popping up one at a time, and worst of all, the flights I booked offered 20kg check-in baggage per person one-way - and only realized after purchasing that it offered 0kg for the return trip. This fact was not well presented or highlighted during the purchase process.

Dear Company Representatives,
On 12.06.2024, I booked tickets from Bucharest to Bologna and back on 20.08.2024 and 26.08.2024 respectively, booking *******0070. My tickets have standard flexibility, so I only requested to shift my flight dates forward by one month and change the departure and return dates to 24.09.2024 and 01.10.2024 respectively, booking *******4491. As I understand the company's policy, the ticket price should not exceed the amount that was initially paid for the tickets.
However, on 27.06.2024, I received invoices totaling 195.54 euros, which need to be paid. Furthermore, on 27.06.2024, 89.9 euros were withdrawn from my card without my knowledge. Please explain why and how much I have to pay just for requesting to postpone the flight date by a month.

The worst experience. I have a problem and I need customer support but the thing is no one is getting in touch with me. I can't call from Malaysia so I send them emails, I wrote them in the support chat and no response at all. Today is 10 days and still no answer from them. I don't even understand what is the purpose of the E prime, NO PRIORITY SUPPORT, Scamming Prices, I comared the prices for hotels between different platforms and even with prime the price usually is 1$ more expensive, rental cars the same. Even Skyscanner is beating their prices for airline tickets. Writing a review is one of the last actions I wanted to do. I really tried to get in touch with them but promising one thing and giving totally different is a scam so my next thing is to complete a case with Better Business Bureau if they don't react until Monday.
