Terrible costumer service.
They will change the currency after you booked and try to take the extra money from your credit cart.
Booked a flight with a stop and they booked just to the first stop, a partial charge so to be able to actually get to the destination I have to pay extra in USD when contacting customers service about 10 times, he said he could help me to finalise the booking but the difference was going to be in Euros.
Then they will tell you they are third party and you have to contact the airline to confirm the booking but that the price will be higher.
A partial booking! Never seen anything like that.
My bank is trying to dispute the transaction now. So frustrating.
I had to block my credit card to stop them taking more money from my account.

It was so easy, convenient and for joining the EDreams Prime on a trial bases Saved me an extra savings of $120.00 on my flight tickets. The trial is good for a month (which can be canceled with in a few days prior end of the 1st mo.), and my choice to either continue with great benefits for a year for a low Fee of $59.00 ir for $69.00 on the Prime Plus, which is great for those that love to travel frequently on Flights, Hotels, and Car discounts for all your convenience! Wonderful easy booking system, easy navigation but way too many clicks to get booking completed.
EDreams was such an easy app to use with so many choices that you had a plethora of choices to choose from. It made it easy to find What would accommodate me and my needs.

When i downloaded edreams apps, I can check my schedules easily.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
