I bought a ticket with eDreams that included a layover. I received the boarding pass for the first leg, but not for the second. I was informed that I would receive it up to 8 hours before the flight.
On my way to the airport, I called the second airline. After waiting for 15 minutes, they confirmed that they had no record of a passenger with my details from eDreams and that this issue was common.
I contacted eDreams customer service, and they falsely informed me that the airline had changed the flight, and that they couldn't do anything about it. They completely washed their hands of the matter, leaving me without a solution and showing a total lack of consideration for the customer.
I had to buy a new ticket directly from the airline's website, paying a high price.
I do not recommend this platform at all. They don't care about the customer and offer no solutions in critical moments. "Lamentable" is an understatement.

I found it very difficult to add baggage to my ticket during flight booking,

As an ePrime member I expected to get a Prime discount off all flights I booked as stated in the eDream Prime contract but in my last booking this didn't happen and when I spoke to customer service about it I achieved nothing

Booked flights and then after a couple of days also booked a hotel at my destination, all well except the app doesn't recognise my 2 bookings and keeps trying to get me to book accomodation, it's very annoying
I have been using eDreams for a while and every time the platform gives great options, good savings and the prime subscription is worthwhile. I received my booking within 24 hours and awaiting my e-ticket in the next couple of days.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
