I was able to use a discount code that allowed me to receive additional money off my flight. It's been a while since I booked a flight so I was happy to get that extra discount. I had been contemplating discontinuing my membership but maybe it's still worth it.
Unable to speak to customer service to confirm my baggage check in and what did I get? An AI bullcrap who didn't understand anything. Has the CEO used the Web chat because if they did they would find it embarrassing and surprisingly they allowed something like that to exist.

I had great experience. Was easy with no difficulty at all. The web site is friendly.
I have been waiting for a refund for over 6 months.
The customer service has been shocking - it said 2 months maximum. That is over $2000 down the drain. I couldn't fly on this specific date due to a medical injury, so I had to rebook, and they said that I could have a refund but this has never materialized. Absolutely shocking.
Every other airline and company I have worked with in the past has been great. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The discounts are fake, but sometimes even with these fake discounts through your service I can actually buy tickets cheaper.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
