Payment very confusing

2 tickets cost 2646 Euro. My bank messaged me that my account had been deducted 2646 Euro. However when I checked my transactions online $3000 had been transferred by visa card. Now 2646 Euro is not $3000 so what was the other $300 for?

Total customer rip off

A few days back I had to book a ticket to UK from Germany but it proved to be nightmare for me. Absolute customer rip off. I booked a ticket and paid the amount straight away but two weeks after edreams again took £89.99 from my account without informing me of any such charges. Phoned customer service thrice and they told me that they took that money for membership which I didn't even opt for. After heated conversation they assured me a refund of £45 which still I didn't receive but for the other £45 they shamelessly denied returning. What a scam.

Poor response and bad attitude

I was not able to addy details in Turkish airline PNR because, email id and other details are not mine in this PNR, I have added my email adress in Copa Airlines and indigo but I am not able to addy email id or frequent flyer details in Turkish

So I request you kindly change your email to mine in Turkish airlines.

I will never book with edreams.com anymore because poor response

Había conseguido una tarifa aérea muy buena. Pero parece que el adicional por cambios y reembolso, no le satisfizo a Iberia al emitir el ticket y lo anuló sin previo aviso. Señalo que eDream me hizo el crédito x la diferencia no aceptada x la línea aérea.
