It was very good experience,I enjoy to traveling on all world
It showed one price at the start of booking procedure, and I choose this app due to this offered price. Later, when I've got to the payment the price was changed and was about 15% higher. I accepted that because I've already did the whole procedure. This payment was confirmed, and the booking should be done. But, a few hours later I received a notification from my bank that the payment was canceled by the receiver. When I checked this app, my flight was canceled and the price for a new book was increased for 50%.
I am actually speechless about the service I received from E Dreams - I request on the 21st of December 2024 to change my return time of my flight on the app on my phone - a gentleman phoned me back to confirm my request, and I was send a link to pay the difference for the changes made - which I did immediately, I could not stay on the line ( which was my mistake perhaps) due to an emergency I had to attend to, but I told him that he can phone me back in 10min-(he unfortunately never did). I was told I will get the confirmation email, to confirm my change asap- which I never did.
Later the same day I phoned them again - and I was told my request are being processed -I will get the email asap - 24 Hours later I phoned again and to my Suprise i was told there was no seats available for my request. So, I do ask why I was told to pay the amount if no seats were available in the first place. Now I must wait 10 days for a refund - I am so furious - a dream holiday just turned into a nightmare -to be stranded on an airport at night with NO accommodation available due to hotels fully booked
Think twice about using a platform outside your own country - so let's see how long they will take to refund me and If I ever will receive it - this makes my stomach to turn in knots to think that savings I worked so hard for can be so easily taken away and unfortunately, I do not have any control over- it saddens me - please be carefull

Why didn't I enter my identity information when I used the platform for the first time?
Absolutely the worst experience ever, they advertise one price and then increase it when you try to book it, very frustrating. And then when you receive confirmation of the booking you find out that your baggage allowance doesn't cover you for the whole journey so they scam you again by making you pay twice for your luggage

It was a bit late with the ticket number and South African's airline always left me because of that. They are vey racist and they don't have a manners towards foreigners especially at Johannesburg. But thank you eDreams for your good prices

Quick, easy and convenient. At times though it would be useful to HAVE FULL CLARITY on the specifics of the travel booked such as if SEAT and CHECKED BAGGAGE is included. It's a challenge at times to understand the terms and conditions of certain bookings
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
