Discrimination

The experience was full discrimination. The member of staff did not respect my choice of speaking a language. Forcing me to disclose my mother tongue language is well against data protection and human rights. I have recorded the conversation by making your staff aware. I will see if I would seek further legal action against the edreams or share the conversation with the media.

I flew from Tel Aviv to Chisinau and on flay One airline the plane was late and it was packed, we were delayed at the airport for more than an hour and a half and the employees there do not provide service, we asked several times to help us, they do not treat us at all, the experience was not pleasant

If you book then be aware they want you to subscribe to their yearly subscription. When I tried to cancel, I had to jump hoops to get to a customer service rep. I also never had the seat I had chosen and quite possible had the worst seat on an aircraft right opposite the toilet. The flight was not cheap and I did not pay for the basic. I am well-traveled and felt that e dreams are a scam. When I went to get my seat placing for the return journey I had been bumped to basic and ended up paying another $40 so I would get a comfortable seat. When I tried to call e dreams about my ticket I could not get hold of them. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
It is not cheaper
It has no customer service
I do not recommend this.
