I would give them negative stars if it was possible. This was a horrible experience.i paid extra for insurance to be able to change my flight details but I went to change them the told me that I couldn't change them unless I made a change to both flights. I didn't need to change both. They wanted to charge me again. The I said I just want to cancel my flight for a refund then, they said that I would have to cancel both flights with the airlines and then they would send them the refund and then they could refund me. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Why buy the insurance if you can't use it. You also need to call out of the country to contact them. They absolutely ruined my holiday and I am so angry and disappointed. Please don't put yourself through the nightmare of using them.
Very bad experience with eDreams never have any kind of problem with my booking's since I have for over years my membership, but this year I have to recon that they let me alone with the issues that I had with some booking's many liars when you go to read about the benefits and then you ask for them and you discover that is completely liars, by the way I got peace on mind that I expose the situation, good day

As I expected I have used e dreams before although I was unable to travel on that occasion as my husband was rushed into hospital the service was fine
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
